  • Vintages: For wine products, vintages may change without notice depending on supplier availability.
  • Stock: All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund.

4. Payments and Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Service Area: Delivery is available within specified areas of New Providence [and other islands if applicable].
  • Timeframes: While we aim for prompt delivery, “Same Day” or “Next Day” windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Failure to Deliver: If no one of legal age is present to receive the order, a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is corked or spoiled (subject to inspection).
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report any issues.
